According to geologists, it was formed somewhere 140 million years ago. It is a naturally formed limestone arch on the Jurassic coastline near Lulworth, Dorset,
England 

If travelling from London you have to take Weymouth line from Waterloo station and your destination will be a wool station, then you have to travel by one of the bus number 30, x54 and x55 to the durable door. One of the most photographed and iconic landmark on this coastline.
